When I was with Express they had a doctor come to the building as well. I wish UPS did the same.

Ours says pre 1990 employees get paid to do it. Post 1990 out of luck.Still get paid here and you should as well.

We were told its a city/state mandate and you won't be paid unless you use sick days.
mandates are not laws. neither are executive orders.
Hippa laws are thoygh. someone hands you that, you tell them its a violation of hippa, dont ask again, and move on. ive been doing it for almost 3 months now.
Its still taking up 10 min everyday of my personal time.

Yes, they are. For Hospitals only. it's basically so family memebers can be told/have access/deal with paperwork, if its not avaiable, etc etc. its not sus for employers.
