What makes you think those who are on medicaid could afford insurance before Obamacare or after Drumpfcare?the bottom line is without competition prices will keep going up. When there are markets with one insurer the prices are going to be high. Obama care did nothing and could do nothing to stop companies from pulling out. The vast amount of people insured are on Medicare which they got when it expanded
