"A Minneapolis teachers union contract stipulates that white teachers will be laid off or reassigned before “educators of color” in the event Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) needs to reduce staff.

After the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers (MFT) and MPS struck a deal on March 25 to end a 14-day teacher strike, the two sides drew up and ratified a new collective bargaining agreement complete with various proposals.

One of the proposals dealt with “educators of color protections.” The agreement states that if a non-white teacher is subject to excess, MPS must excess a white teacher with the “next least” seniority.

“Starting with the Spring 2023 Budget Tie-Out Cycle, if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the District shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population,” the agreement reads.

According to the United Federation of Teachers, “excessing” means “reducing staff in a particular school when there is a reduction in the number of available positions in a title or license area in that school.”

The agreement adds that non-white teachers, as well as those working in various programs, “may be exempted from district-wide layoff outside seniority order.” The agreement also prioritizes the reinstatement of teachers from “underrepresented populations” over white teachers."
Like the idiot VP of our country said "it is about equity not equality" It is all :bsbullf:

"An off-campus housing co-op for University of California, Berkeley students bans white people from entering common spaces to “avoid white violence” — sparking criticism that the policy inflames racial tensions.

The five-story, 30-room “Person of Color Theme House” near the school requires students to declare their race when signing in and to announce when they’re bringing white guests in to the building, according to house rules leaked on Reddit.com.

“Many POC moved here to be able to avoid white violence and presence, so respect their decision of avoidance if you bring white guests,” the rules declare. “White guests are not allowed in common spaces.”

Tennessee leftists upset. The believe CRT to be fact?

Tennessee’s largest teachers’ union is suing the state over a controversial law.

- Court papers say a law restricting lessons on race and gender is hurting teachers’ ability to do their jobs and depriving students of a quality education.
- It’s centered around a law passed in 2021 amid concerns about keeping critical race theory out of the classroom. The law is commonly known as the “prohibited concepts law.”
-The law lists 14 things teachers are forbidden to include in curriculum, including things like lessons promoting one race or gender as superior to another, or concepts that promote division based on race, politics or social class.
-The Tennessee Education Association says those types of lessons weren’t being taught in the first place.
-“We don't teach feelings, we teach facts, and it's facts-based in the classroom,” TEA president Tonya Coats said.

Wait.

They're arguing not being able to teach those things is harming children, and also arguing they weren't teaching these things in the first place?

Brilliant.

Why become a teacher if one cannot do the following? How can we mold our young into future Marxists? Are we supposed to stick to reading, writing, and math?

promoting one race or gender as superior to another, or concepts that promote division based on race, politics or social class.

The problem is in your side's opinion that teaching students about the Tulsa massacre of 1921 is "promoting one race or gender as superior to another, or concepts that promote division based on race, politics or social class."

Telling students that white people dropped fire bombs from planes on to black residential homes and schools in Tulsa is not CRT.

The problem is you're lying.
