If they have you do anything besides your training route, you’re qualified. Congrats, you made it.

This happens a lot. Process wasn’t followed and then as management you tell the employee he didn’t qualify due to “performance.”

But.... we felt you were good enough to cover for operational needs. So performance becomes moot. There’s a training packet for a reason.
