Yeah it sucks. One day of it isn't that bad but when you do that every day of the week for months on end your body feels it, in a bad way. Getting in an out of the truck 150 times is hard on your knees.
The routes where you drive more are much better. My route is 100-125 (maybe 150 if its lots of small stuff) packages everyday, about 70-85 stops daily, 140-160 miles, 2 pickups. So nice, it's like working a completely different job.
