Raise in new contract

People are not going to be at work for 5 hours and get paid for 3 hours.

Louisville already has a hard time staffing operations and it only gets worse in the summer time when the school students go home
And that would be the point where you would think UPS would want to come to some sort of agreement that would make the employees feel they’re getting their time spent shuttling to and from their vehicles worthwhile.

You would think that there would be enough work there to create some combo jobs for people.

This contract has many many issues that need to be sorted out. That aside, how much of raise will make you satisfied? Broken down by year. Typically the raises are the highest during the last couple of years of the contract, not sure that’s going to fly this time around. Thoughts?
Ideally we should be making more than we did in 2018 plus more than inflation was every year plus a little on top of that. If we're not then we effectively take a pay cut. That's all I care about
