What's starting pay now for first second third year rpcd's? Any speculations?

It was something like
18.75, 19.75, 22, 34 when I was in progression. The first two years were brutal. I’m not against lowering it but I doubt that is something UPS will concede on.

Your feeder dept must be run by the Gestopo my old building has guys running 40 hour runs at 70 hours and no one says a word. Stealing other drivers tractors, running mt’s whenever.
