As a sometimes cover preloader, I want to do a good job. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I don't want to misload, I don't want the truck to look like ****. I try to tell drivers whats up with the truck. Bulk stops together, sequential order, PAL number written on the shelved boxes. When the truck diagram shows there are 100+ packages for 6000 section, or bulk stop comes down that is 26 boxes that are 3 feet by 4 feet its not gonna be nice and neat. Everyone know what preload is. What this job is. Get the most amount of volume pushed out, with the fewest amount of people as fast as you can. I have had a bad review, and I don't care. The truck had 430 with a bunch of oversized boxes. Sups saying the only acceptable number of misloads is zero. Yes sir sir! In the end, I punch out. On the clock I am a UPS employee (ie bitch) . Punch out and forget about UPS ten minutes later. I'll do my best, sorry if thats not good enough. Its just a job.
