1) We have to keep package delivery union. The Teamsters have to do away with the threat of UPS UBERS.

2) We have to keep a fully staffed FT driver roster. UPS will take advantage in a heartbeat.

3) If you want to retire with a pension, you need more jobs where people contribute to it.

4) The pay discrepancy CAN'T be 10+/an hour cheaper than a FT driver. No way !!! Even air drivers get FT rate delivering a ground.

They better be reading that language closely because UPS will screw us like they did with the 9.5 language.

You’ve only been talking about it the last 3 contracts. UPS has always made proposals for it as well.

Why not 22.3 pay for inside work, driver pay for driver work. Anytime a hybrid goes over 40 all hours for the week paid at driver rate.

Eliminate 22.3 driving jobs completely. Have part timers deliver all the air. Then i dont have to worry about 1030 commits anymore.

If you are going to become a full time driver. Man up and become a real full time driver, none of this hybrid stuff

Did the 70 hour thing actually happen? I have never been allowed to go over 60, even during last peak season

22.2's are the ones that pay driver's rate. Not many of those left.

Those jobs are all red circled. If any of these have been eliminated there needs to be a grievance on it.
