Small Sort to FDC

I am looking to sign a bid sheet to go from small sort to FDC. If I go to FDC will I still get my vacation weeks as the same (meaning that if someone else in that area has the same vacation dates, and more seniority will I have to pick another one). I already have plans and tickets to go see my sister and I can't cancel them.
