They're not being outlawed. They're being subsidized when they don't deserve to win.

Biden gave an 8B+ USPS contract as a union handout, throwing the EV competitor under the bus. Tesla is explicitly removed from meaningful tax breaks for EVs, and Ford and GM get them. They're removing or expiring the ones that Tesla does get.

At the end of the day, Tesla gets less favoritism from feds and everyone else than your silly little soon-to-be-bankrupt-again Ford and GM
