It seems that whenever there's a lot of upheaval and turnover in an administration power vacuums are created with shady characters like Stephen Miller Ron Brown Steve Bannon Robert McNamara , H.R. Haldeman and others seem to crawl up out of the sewer drains and ascend to positions of power and influence capitalizing on the situation and to such levels that they start making policy not just administer that policy. It's not party specific and they all have the same end game. Wealth and political power without having to be bothered with standing for election.
