Dude #1 got caught stealing a leather raiders jacket. 20 years down the drain. Junky is as junky does.

Dude #2, in a medical marijuana state, got caught stealing an ounce of pot, the empty box was found stuffed under a belt during the same shift along with the medical MJ paperwork, they reviewed the security tapes, checked dude #2s bag, and fired the JA on the spot. The cops checked the paperwork, and the pot was put back into the box and sent on.

I've seen, and continue to see, plenty of drivers that should be fired for doing plenty of stupid :censored2:e but aren't. Firing them would leave management with no drivers to put up the numbers that those guys do by cheating.

Slow & steady wins the race.
Had a guy in our building busted for stealing meds from customers on his route. UPS placed an exploding dye pack in a pkg on his truck and he took the bait. Not only did he get fired, but UPS pressed charges.

Also, a Saturday air sup would show up early for work, go through all the trucks and load the electronics on the belt, run the belt and load them on the last car, and then drive the truck off the lot and unload them at a friend's house. The cameras in the hub recorded all of this and he was led, crying, out of the building in handcuffs a few days later. What a :censored2:!!

#1 Saturday air driver got fired for fueling his personal vehicle at our pumps. He felt bad, turned himself in and got canned.

#2 Manager and supervisor both fired for the porn and racist jokes they shared with each other thru company email.

#3 Had a PE guy get canned after being caught numerous times drunk at work.

1 guy kept getting "injured" so last time he came back to light duty the manager and full time sup put him in a light duty place,
this guy decides that no one is watching and begins to read a book for 40 min during his 10 min break. he was fired for stealing time
but got his job back after saying he would sue manager and union due to manager and lp sitting outside his house when he was injured
for weeks to "catch him". hes a full time driver now but got "injured" again.

The best one in our center is a driver who purchased about 25 gallons of paint in 5 gallon buckets. like a maroon he put them on the top shelf in the back while finishing his deliveries. needless to say one or two fell and broke open. paint leaking out the back door on to the street. got nack to the hub and tried washing out the paint in the car wash. that water goes in the public sewer system which got clogged up. fire and haz mat team all over our hub to clean up. also had to get a crew to clean the city streets he spilled paint on. i heard it was around $25,000 in damage and fines.

I've heard that story before...he tried washing it out so he wouldn't get in trouble?
