So serious question, some of you get paid for your lunch?

Only if forced to work through it do we get a 20 minute PAID lunch.

By supplement we get 1 hour lunch. We can MUTUALLY agree to take a 30 minute but so far this year they’ve made 1 hour mandatory.

No just that each building will now vote if they want a 30 min lunch or 45 mins. Hoping they can think. Vote for the 45. Cause if they take the 30. All will have 10 plus stops added to their dispatch

We have the option to take up to an hour, but can take no less than a 30min unpaid lunch. I like it this way because it gives us way more power to control our dispatch.

UPS can change that at any time. Technically anything less than an unpaid hour lunch needs permission. They also know we can also insist on an hour and that s the dispatch up so we have more power that way, its just they know how bad the weaker masses want to go home.

I'm just interested what happens with Local 804.


They have a newly elected slate of TDU reformers, claiming they are going to

"channel" Ron Carey and come up with a great supplement.


I'll remain skeptical.... until I see it in writing, and the members reaction.
