Watch and see if the Company doesn't push for longer lunch periods, in order to keep you out later and under 9.5....and available to make more pickups.

Problem is getting everyone to take their lunch during the day. I drive back to the building and there are trucks along the back roads, pulled over taking their lunch at 5:30.
Then I park and punch out, there are another 5 or so who came back to the building and are taking their lunch in the office with the diads. Just don't understand it.

In the central region; lunch is unpaid. If you have a 90 minute split on your 22.4 job; it is 90 minutes UNPAID.
