Interesting how he directly spoke about the article 22 section 3 job creation...
Is that what this is all about? UPS doesn't see it being able to create those new jobs so they're hoping 22k full time guys take a years worth of vacation pay and scram? The company will be way ahead
And the newly hired flex driver will get abused and probably quit so they'll be able to double dip on the hire.
