Terminated

So on the 19th or 20th supposedly I'll know if I'm gonna get my job back or stay terminated is that correct?

You're either brand new, or trolling.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

There isn't a designated time frame for exactly how fast your grievance will be handled.

Context. What did you get canned for?
Did you steal something? (You won't be back).
Was it an attendance issue? (Maybe).

I was just wondering if you get terminated and you file a grievance do you continue working or await further instructions from the union?

This would depend on what you were terminated for. If its not one of the "cardinal sins" then you would be on what is called a working termination.

Example
3rd accident in 9months. You're on a working termination until your fate is decided.

Stealing you're terminated and await the results of your wrongful termination grievance.

How would you continue to work if you been terminated ?

Working termination. See above Brah!

Attendance I believe and entering package as NI1 but I put at package address that's why I think I was terminated for.

Entered a package as a NI1 and was at the center already I hit at Package address that was one mistake that i made I just didn't think that I would of get terminated for my first mistake

You were more then likely terminated for dishonesty. You were not at the address when you put NI1. This is a big no no.

I meant I didn't know I was still able to work I haven't went back since the incident when they told me that I was terminated

I'm sorry I'm confused.

What did your steward tell you in the office.
When you filed a grievance what did your BA tell you?

Are you working or not? Did they tell you, you should be working? You're talking like we already know all the facts.

If it's a working termination that should have been made clear to you. If they took your ID and escorted you to the gate, then you're out til the hearing.

My steward had me bring the grievance directly to their office I received a letter for attendance another one that says I was terminated and no one made it clear that I had to go back to work if that's how it's supposed to be so I been home since the incident awaiting further instructions from union office

What did the termination letter give as the reason you were terminated.

Cut to the chase and call your local.
