heres the definition of ``terror`` from merimam webster:
violent or destructive acts (such as bombing) committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands
so that would make governments, and in particular the US government, the major terrorist organizations in teh world.
you have to understand: terrorism is not necessarily a bad thing. it just means your doing violence and coercion to try and achieve certain political outcomes.

so you can see that terrorism and war have some overlap. everyone in the world knows america is always at war.
and when trump or any US government official talks about `state terrorism`` what do you think they are talking about, and why doesnt that apply to US government.

The reason the us has taking such a long time with their win and exit strategy is due to the hearts and minds aspects which have backfired. If Islam can identify evil committed against it, than it can identify the evil within it.
the reason the US is taking so long with an exit strategy is because there is no exit strategy. its permanent war. jesse ventura says the US has been at war since he has been born which is of course true. it will only end when the debts come due and US can no longer afford to be an empire.
