I'm a star
The suburbia I grew up in was mostly renters. I think three-four of the single moms I knew owned their homes, once the old folks died their homes just became renter homes to drug addicts and working poor.
Majority of people are now renters around here, there is like 3 houses left that are not rent houses.

You will own nothing and like it, or we can build actual affordable housing so working poor people can actually own something and like it.

It's not as simple as just packing as many people as you can into the smallest footprint. It doesn't work like that. Resources have to be able to support the number of people. Just look at AZ, NV, and SoCal. Running out of water.

Yeah and those resources are wasted on suburbia. You act like those resources are not making it to suburbia. It would be easier, more efficient and less expensive to get resources to people in condo type living in the city.

Suburbia is a waste of farming land and just land in general.

But why would they be working poor forever if they owned something? My dad bought a 850 ft.² condo in Laguna Niguel California in the early 90s after a houseing crash in California for around $90,000. He could barely afford it. When he passed away in 2004 it was worth Close to $400,000. He was not rich but I don’t see how he could’ve been classified as working poor. House poor perhaps.

Polishing toilet bowls since 1966.
Great reset is just revolutionary ideology surrounding the opportunity handed to them by Covid.
Year one in France.
Year 0 in Cambodia.
Cultural Revolution in the communist states.
New Deal/Reconstruction/America Revolution, etc.
It’s about tearing down the foundations of your society that were built on oppression and inequality rebuilding anew, also modernization through coordinated efforts and government incentives.
Lol, he wrote a book about it almost twenty years ago. The Great Reset (book) - Wikipedia

You people act like having affordable housing built would be some horrible curse and communist attack on America. You must love the insane house prices and very inefficient use of land and resources that suburbia is.

It’s all part of the gay agenda, we start treating Bourgeois of suburbia how they treated the blacks and continue to treat the poor to this day.
We knock down their neighborhoods and build for the common good of the people. Buy their inflated ticky tacky boxes at rock bottom prices and evict them if they refuse. You will get your condo and society will get cheaper housing and more efficient living.
If this isn't a veiled definition of socialism I don't know what is.
We all know that socialism eventually leads to communism.
It just takes time.

Actually oppression and imperialism leads to reactionary communism. Letting people become homeless and entrapped by rampant capitalism leads to communism.
Mixed economies and government intervention stops it from reaching that point.

I'm at 8000', surrounded by mountains, high desert country. Always interesting how people who think they know everything are so self unaware of how ignorant they are.
Compound ignorance, he’s so ignorant he doesn’t know he’s ignorant.
Are you near the Pampas?

If your fantasy ever comes to pass the elite will own the buildings and you'll pay rent to them. You'll own nothing, and you'll feel crappy.
