My Local has 5 different buildings, one of which, is a major Hub.

In the Hub they rolled 4000 pieces yesterday. Today, maybe 15,000.

They're short on feeder and pkg drivers, and inside people on every shift.

And.... really don't seem to care.

To put that in to perspective, your hub rolled over the course of two days what we put on road today for our entire center.

Tired Driver

Sisyphus had it easy.
On Monday, my center left 4 full trailers on the lot with one of them the retain from Black Friday. Routes without drivers, drivers without trucks. Left building 50 minutes late after a 9 hour preload.

Exact same thing here..... nobody cares!!!!!!!!

Never seen this care free attitude from managment.... maybe they are fed up with being set-up to fail by upper managment and i.e. That they want to see the boat sink all the way.....

I can fukssss with that attitude!!!!

Let me guess, you're a Trump supporter?

I didn't vote due to the fact that the best candidate was gypped out of the opportunity to run for president because someone else thought it was her turn and her right. It's not my job to care about what other people miss. I'm supposed to deliver packages. Leave the worrying for the management team.

The preload (and feeders) left 17 loads "on property" because they couldn't

process them. Pkg car drivers left the buildings as late as noon.

Irregs.... Ha!

It's only November.

Hmm....

I think they are just rolling with it. Another 10 days, will tell the tale.

No reason to care. Can't do anything now about July's piss poor planning.

I haven't delivered a single irreg the past 2 days!!!!

I'm curious to where they are all hiding. Must be in few feeders on the yard. Yesterday's pile of missed irregs magically disappeared

Recycled into a trailer, and stashed.

Or.... the non-essential management people are being forced to run them.

(just to keep their job)

eats packages

Deranged lunatic
Total volume preloaded today in our center is up only %20 higher than a normal day last month thanks to another center processing a couple tens of thousands of packages for us.. Infrastructure is the main killer as that extra volume is getting double-handled through a maze of additional package cars parked with their front bumpers pressed together.
