I’m surprised nobody is complaining about only getting one 10 minute break for PTers. I understand that the guarantee is for 3 1/2 hours, but at my hub I’m averaging 6-8 hours a day and the 10 minute break is always an hour into the shift. I feel that anything over 5 hours should be 2 breaks or at least make it a couple hours into the shift.

It had way too many stains from last year so I was forced to trash it.

We added this to our local tentative contract, 2 breaks that are always taken at approximately equal intervals regardless of shift length, combine with the western/177 pension change and a $.30 extra GWI and the local contract (not the national) might actually be kicka.
