FT sup telling me he has pull with a center manager and he can get me a ft driver job and if i have "good service" i will get noticed by them and that will give me an advantage. This is Bull lies that drive me crazy

I did not know it was BS until i brought it up this weekend here. I am a supervisor for another organization and i do not bs or lie to my staff. I stay as transparent as possible. We have a level of respect between us.

My experience has been it isn't that much different. I just spend more time on the phone and forwarding emails.

I have picked up on that in my building over the years. Can't do that so much anymore to the PT sups as they will not take it and quit. They quit no matter how they are treated. The job sucks.

Problem with PT Sups is we don't train them.
