It is but the OP was complaining about the extendo rollers getting caught in the gap where the trailer contacts the wall/dock.

It's a common occurrence and the company isn't gonna do anything about it.

The "TOFC" is an acronym for any trailer that is placed on a railroad flatcar for transport.
All our trailers can be/are TOFC if the company needs it to be. I've seen it.

We always just called that a “roller line”

The trailer is probably 80% loaded by the time they discovered their cock-up, they were probably trying to pull out the roller line and finish it out just loading from the chute.
