Two week notice

"Good enough"----the mantra of every union worker.

Do the right thing----finish out your two weeks before you move on.

When I was working at my first retirement job (detailing cars) one of my co-workers put in his two week notice in the morning and left for good that afternoon. Left the rest of us hanging until they were able to replace him.

I'm certain you went above and beyond to pick up the slack.

When I quit I will give no notice.
Just one day they won't see me there and my sup's number will be blocked in my phone.
I'll probably do it in the middle of the week too.
Like work Monday and Tuesday but then just ghost on Wednesday. That way it's even more unexpected.

What will UPS do? Please don't do this. I really need my pension.
