Wouldn't OSHA be the best way since it's safety related? If your grievances aren't heard in a timely manner - your BA needs to explain why they are sitting on them so long. Then file with NLRB as that will show that the union wasn't assisting you in a timely manner. Beware as in some states NLRB is also in the company's pocket- they will always side with the company and union before the worker whom they supposed to assist. NLRB is not like it was when it was originally formed. Check some case histories out there - you'll see what I mean.
