I gave my older son the first pen/pencil set I got.

The younger one wanted a set too, so I had to get charged with a bogus accident and start over again for him.

I use my wife's drug company pens. One today even lights up. Comes in handy filling out info notes on dark porches.

I stocked up several times a year at the doctor's office on my route.

I used to use them on my route. Unfortunately, customers had a habit of dropping them, and invariably, they would land on the tip and ruin it. I got tired of replacing a $2.00 refill every other day.

At one time the brown pens had brown ink.

I was about to say the same thing. They probably watered down the ink, which is why they never worked, to save a few pennies. The brown color was just kind of a bonus. "look at out ingenuity!"

Why are the free pens for drivers "twist" and not "push" pens?

Besides the fact that black and blue ink are considered professional and all other colors should be left to the crayons, some idiot decided to use brown ink to service cross a brown cardboard box.

Had my annual safety ride yesterday. Supervisor told me to run RDO and I declined and continued to run ORION. I'm no fool, told him ODO would increase my miles by over 30 a day and would result in me being dispatched with less stops to stay under 9.5 hours. When I'm driving I'm not delivering and is much easier on this old body.
