Your math omits peak season and the fact we get more than an hour of overtime but still proves $85K is an awesome day at any job that doesn't require a college degree.

I based on his assumption of 1 hour of OT per day.

And what driver at UPS works only 8 hours each day year round? You're gonna do a minimum 9.5 the majority of your career. At least that's how it is in my center.

Uh......nope.

2080 * $36 = $74,880

200 * $54 = $10,800

$74,880 + $10,800 = $85,680

Nice try, thanks for playing.

2080 * $36.90 = $76,752

Idk where you got 200hrs OT from, it’d be 250 if you only take 2 weeks off (Only 2 weeks vacation for under 9yrs) (50wk * 5hrs = 250)

250 * $55.35 =$13,837.50

$76,752 + $13,837.5 = $90,589.50

Aug 1st it’s $38.45/hr

$79,976 + $14,418.75 = $94,394.75

“Nice try, thanks for playing.”

We're in a covid peak season... some locations worse than others (as seen in RI), based on how management is running those centers.

WAD, plus file for them breaking the contract. Put extra income from ot and grievances towards savings/investments.

I'm working smarter during this time, by not doing 300 stops/day, but actually managing some routes & being a supplemental driver afterwards. Same pay, easy on the body
Take an hour lunch and all 3 breaks. Use methods. Send daily 9.5 message. File File File
