I hit $85k last year working PT. And 7 weeks vacation paid at 20 hours.

I hate to tell you but you are not working "PT". This is a major problem at UPS.

No real benefit for me to go FT at this point. Won't be here long enough to become vested in the FT pension and would have to give up all of my seniority and be the bottom guy again.
