What could help fix the over 9.5 abuse from UPS next contract

Have them pay into our pension based on hours worked with a guarantee of 40 hours paid in hit them where it hurts and nobody will be working excessive hours it will be cheaper for them to hire more people

Here is a thought...... Give us credit towards hours worked in our pension. I n stead of only getting credit for 40 hours a week give us the 40 plus overtime. If I figure correctly ever 4 years we woulld gain 1 more year to our pension. We work approxmatley 2500 hours a year, and at a straight 40 hours is 2040 hours a year So we would gain 500 hrs a year which would allow us to retire after a little over 23 years of driving. Remember it costs the company nothing to work us over 40 hours. All we get is the half which is 15 dollars which times 2 equals 30.So for an extra 30 bucks we work 10 hours a day A win win for the comany.
