planned activities may be included, but they are not free. (some aren't free)......Pickleball and bocce ball usually are. Planned trips to see a show or go to a casino are expensive!! Every activity seems to include wine and we don't drink. Something will be $65 per person and that includes wine.
Needless to say, we don't do any activities, except once in a while use the pool or play billiards. We let the 'drunks' attend all the other functions.

Lawn care, snow removal, cable, Internet, clubhouse, pool, gym, walking trails. Planned activities, which I will probably not take part in as I plan on working.

All I have to do is move my stuff in-----everything else is taken care of.
