I am nearing my one year mark for my injury and I have heard that I will lose my health insurance at one year. My questions is, do I lose it when lost time began or the date of injury? I did TAW for 30 working days then went lost time.

It used to be for us that we got 2 years of coverage--but that was a hundred years ago. This is the wrong place to be looking for a answer to your question.

Call your local and speak to your BA.

1 year from lost time. 30 days TAW you’re still working so the clock doesn’t start until you are no longer working at all.

That is when your comp coverage ends here unless you keep the case open.
