But then there would be meetings scheduled for ISP states, no?You don't understand my point GT. Not a takeover bid by another company but rather a proxy fight for control of the board. Furthermore it is simply unrealistic to believe that there will always be a work force avaialble that is willing to go out there and deliver top notch performance on a continuous daily basis for half of what an UPS driver makes. But finding that fast food wage labor force is what you multi routes will continue to be tasked with because that is the only reason for your existance in the first place.
Why have a meeting at all, sign it no matter what or you won't be renewed. CASE CLOSED!!!But then there would be meetings scheduled for ISP states, no?
So bitterWhy have a meeting at all, sign it no matter what or you won't be renewed. CASE CLOSED!!!
Very bitter.So bitter
So whom exactly do you suggest I go to to force them to enter into an agreement on MY terms?Very bitter.
They will make an offer you can't refuse.
What's wrong with that? I'm led to believe that people who got out of Ground are universally happy to be gone. Why have a meeting at all, sign it no matter what or you won't be renewed. CASE CLOSED!!!
I thought everybody already kinda knew that. I think by then they plan to have all of Ground and HD "co-mingled".Well that was a whole lot of nothing. ISP will be rolled out nationally by 2020. Next month we find out the schedule for when each district will be going.
One of our managers told us everything would be isp before hd is eliminated.I thought everybody already kinda knew that. I think by then they plan to have all of Ground and HD "co-mingled".
Pretty much. We were told about the 6 day work week after transition and a possible 7 day work week down the road.I thought everybody already kinda knew that. I think by then they plan to have all of Ground and HD "co-mingled".
When hd is eliminated what happens to contractors that only have hd routes? One of our managers told us everything would be isp before hd is eliminated.
The routes stay the same they just operate Mondays as well. The brand is gone. When hd is eliminated what happens to contractors that only have hd routes?
So there will be 2 "ground" contractors servicing the same area? The routes stay the same they just operate Mondays as well. The brand is gone.
Correct. I think they are trying to do much of the combining as they go.One of our managers told us everything would be isp before hd is eliminated.
There will be no difference between a Ground and HD contractor. So there will be 2 "ground" contractors servicing the same area?
So it will be one contractor servicing the area or two? There will be no difference between a Ground and HD contractor.
