They must not say, "Work as directed." at your building. You need to learn how to say "no" so long as you have 8 hours worth of work or more.
(I hate that gross misuse of power)

I take my full lunch every single day. Again upstate keep talking about something you know nothing about it suits you perfectly.
Einstein, if you come in at 5:30 and are being sent back out to help, wouldn't it make sense that if you stay out until 6:30 you wouldn't be asked to help?
So let me get this straight, Mr perfect upstate is saying the solution is to steal an hr a day?
That is called an intentional work slowdown, which is a violation of the contract.Nobody is telling you to steal anything. All I am telling you to do is to slow down to the point where you won't be asked to help other drivers on a daily basis.

I dare say he is simply implying you work safe. I hope that's what he's implying. Why did I open my mouth? That is called an intentional work slowdown, which is a violation of the contract.

All I can say is that I am in awe Mr. "go to" guy!Indecision is a runner/gunner---I can say that as I am one as well. I am also the "go to" guy in my loop. If he is tired of being "asked" to help out drivers on an almost daily basis all he has to do is work more safely and concentrate on following the methods. I am not advocating an intentional slow down by any means--this would be a violation of the contract. All I am saying is Indecision were to work more safely and within the methods he would naturally slow down and over time would no longer be the "go to" guy.

It's very simple---if you are done at 19:30 you will be asked to help. If you are done at 21:30 you won't.
Nobody is telling you to steal anything. All I am telling you to do is to slow down to the point where you won't be asked to help other drivers on a daily basis.
Please square this with your oft-assertion that 'Unions promote Mediocrity'.
Changed your quote to accurately reflect my center!
I am nothing like you and never will be. I don't run and gun.
One has little to do with the other.
It is very simple--if the runner/gunner is tired of helping other drivers he needs to stop running/gunning.
