I’m wondering if customers are trying to get ahead of the strike and ordering more because we have been getting absolutely swamped with flow the past week or 2
Are you sure volume is increasing?
If it is, I’d assume they are forwarding loads, but management loves to cut routes, and make things artificially heavy when they don’t have a disaster make it heavy for them.
