This is a great contract for Part timers.
It’s time to pay back those full timers for screwing over the part timers for 35+ years.
I would not say that just yet.
The raises are weak, anyone with 2-8 years is screwed with new hires earning $13-15, and old timers earning $18+, as high as $30, and don't forget every driver that is currently earning $46 on the preload LOL.

But more importantly, instead of strengthening workplace protections, the technology provision for all but drivers have been thrown out.
I do not think people understand, how badly, management will be able to kill a preloader with scanner telematics. The nightmare scenerio discussed here was discipline issued for scan %. But it can be much, much worse. How about discipline for scanner exceptions: "walking into the wrong car too many times" or add-cuts that have not yet been scanned, even if you hold the building record for consecutive weeks, months and years even without misloads or missed cuts, you may be open to discipline now.
