Fight the power.
Not our problem.Don't worry, Louisville is pulling back the PM departure times 10 minutes next week, so that will for sure make up for that hour late everyday.

No it's even better. Air has to be back to the building 10 minutes early too! So you get to do more in less time with the late start! So instead of all of air being late we will still have all of our air late. Cool!
Not mine either. I don't call the shotsNot our problem.
Wrong. Will just bring back more missed. Again. Not our problem. No it's even better. Air has to be back to the building 10 minutes early too! So you get to do more in less time with the late start!
It's a joke Ron. Chill out.Wrong. Will just bring back more missed. Again. Not our problem.
We tell you in am, can't get these airs off = it's your problem now.Not mine either. I don't call the shots
Nope. Upper management wants air delivered in trace whether it makes the commit or not. So that's what they get.We tell you in am, can't get these airs off = it's your problem now.
I understand, but honestly there are management that think that way. You guys got these new guys that don't know no better and scare em into racing around like idiots. Getting into accidents and injuries to try to "make it happen "It's a joke Ron. Chill out.
Smh... almost like your trying to make us look bad on purpose...Nope. Upper management wants air delivered in trace whether it makes the commit or not. So that's what they get.

My raise next year is partially based on late air, you think I want air to ever be late? I have a financial incentive to not have late air in my sliver of the operation. But just like you, I have to work as directed.Smh... almost like your trying to make us look bad on purpose...
I feel ya. How's the wife doing.I can only speak for myself and my actions

Where I'm at the 8 to 12 ft drivers that haven't driven for over 5 months all make the rate they were driving at.If they're at top rate they either make top rate for whatever job classification they work in or what the highest paid part timer is making, whichever is higher.
PT Air drivers work under Art 40. Art 40 supersedes all other Art.If a PT Air Driver got bumped i to the bldg, I couldnt find in the contract about working 7 days for your driver pay, then inside rate until you drive again. Same rules dont apply to PT like they do FT??
Art 40.Sec1.9.b.2 When my center notified the union that 6 positions were created, the union didn't believe these positions were improper, given the fact they were posted? If I contacted my local, would someone talk to me about it?PT Air drivers work under Art 40. Art 40 supersedes all other Art.

Are these new air jobs? Or they are rebidding the air routes? We start Saturday Ground in October. Figure most Saturday Air drivers will be sleeping in on Saturdays. With a few air drivers need to help with Saturday EAMs and airs. Monday EAMs will likely be very light, and it already is the light day of the week typically. Now with the work being advanced those Monday EAMs and airs would be delivered on Saturdays I am guessing. So it looks like EAM drivers could switch to a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.I am thinking there will still be a need for some Saturday Air drivers delivering small towns and rural routes. Depending on how heavy they load up the ground drivers we may also run business also. Two weeks ago my building had a bid sheet up for 8 Tuesday through Saturday EAM and Saturday Air drivers. We start Saturday Ground early September.
We start Saturday Ground next weekend and have not been ale to pin down how many Air drivers will be needed. The plan keeps changing daily. Are these new air jobs?
