Before I get in my car and drive home I put a hoody on for reasons like this. I’d rather get in to some :censored2: as the guy wearing brown pants than “the guy with a ups uniform”

don't put your uniform on until you get to work in the morning. take it off in the parking lot before you drive home after work. Now you never have to worry about being in uniform off the clock

We were allowed to wear our shirts to and from work.
I probably have 75 shirts, 50 pants and 30 Shorts still. Plus 7 or jackets and about 100 UPS hats.

Covemastah we keep you alive to serve this ship

In Mass we go to and from work in Browns , never a word mentioned

When I started we could wear our shirts home but had to change pants at work. That changed when people stopped caring and a lot of drivers didn't even have lockers.

Who said it had to make sense?

It was that you didn't look like you represented UPS unless you were in full uniform.

Kinda made the Official rules about wearing of the uniform outside of work as each year passed ... never knew anyone that got in trouble for bending the

Those silly brown uniforms ...can get people into secured places ... in the wrong hands things could go wrong

That wasn't much of an issue until after 9/11.
