Part time UPS "individuals" for sure pay the largest percentage of their gross wages in Union dues monthly, way more than any "full time member" at any company....and that's a fact.

The IBT dues structure was voted on and approved by the elected delegates at

the 2002 "blue ribbon commission". I've never seen that as a factor in why

PT employees quit. Nowadays, they don't like physical labor and have never done it.

absolutely correct........keeping pace with inflation is trading water....labor contracts are a rigged system for the members

Richest for who? lol When Trump pushed through the tax cuts, other corporations were giving bonuses and reasonably high raises, UPS was telling us how they were going to take everything from us. The Teamsters were helping the rhetoric the whole time. They used it as their talking point that they fought the concessions they threatened against us.
