Anyone else see the message from Sean O'brien?

Probably the Greatest American Alive
I heard, from someone on here or someone at work, that UPS wants us to contribute at least 25% to the healthcare costs. While I want a raise, Healthcare is really the only reason I have this job, and this job is largely the only reason I need healthcare. I'd definitely stand in unity with those striking for other reasons just for that alone. But if they get their way on that, I'll only ever see this place again in my nightmares.

Perhaps.

For what reason ... just so you can earn your strike stripes?
Too bad you weren't here for 1997.
The sad truth is no one wins in a strike.
1997 did get 22.3 jobs which can be a last mile to retirement for older drivers that cannot get it up anymore (i.e. @Turdferguson) but not much else.
There is fools gold at the end of that strike rainbow.

Problem was, in my area, and I'm sure many others, those 22.3 jobs took years to materialize.
