I'd take that bet. Most management would make sure the driver's being taken care of first (not to say there aren't some that wouldn't, there's a-holes in every rank)

Either way the story going around the hub the next day would be that management stepped over his bleeding body to get the SD.
Been there, seen that.

What happens if someone gets to an auto accident OFF THE CLOCK? No prior accidents, no speeding tickets or any other moving violation. It's a rear ended accident will this cause some disciplinary action? Should it be reported? Will this cause someone to get a chance for a FT driving position? Any thoughts ?

Not to sound harsh but UPS does not really care about any accident you get into outside of work. The only time UPS would have a concern is if the circumstances around the accident led to citations that effected your driving record.

As long as you don’t have any tickets your license has to be clean for 12 months
