2 or 3 hours over is pretty bad. Was this consistently? I was disqualified for being no more than 30 minutes over.

The company unfortunately does not have patience to develop good drivers. They want good drivers out of the gate and who get it right away. That's how it looked to me.

Really? I'm an idiot and they qualified me early. I "graduated" on Day 23. I did make scratch every day after day 5 however.
