We have several transfers here. Pay stays the same. BUT you go to the bottom of the seniority list for picking vacation weeks, routes, and pretty much everything else.
I understand that. I'm not in the western region. I'm in local 177. We can only transfer in the district which is part of NJ and part of NY. The only way I can get out of here is to start all over.
