That's one way to look at it. But anyone like me just looks to obtain things for their own personal enjoyment, not to make maybe a measly hundred bucks (in a good scenario) years from now.

They are having a big "super bowl experience" downtown in a park area. They do it for every superbowl I think it's $35.00 to get in. A friend of my wifes where she works went to it one night this week. He said it cost him and his son $48.00 for cokes and hamburgers.

Athletes are paid very well during their careers. I can understand selling autographs AFTER they stop playing, but not while they are.

Yeah, the astrodome housed 25,000 people. A lot of them never went back. The crime rate in Houston skyrocketed, and has probably never gone back to previous levels.

I agree, plus, Texas paid more money for social services than Louisiana. They had no incentive to go back. They made more $$$$ here.
