I like those new heat pump water heaters. Don't know if the cost makes it worth it.

I looked at those but the extra cost and work involved to put one in wasn't worth it for me. I just got a same size gas heater I could drop in place with little hassle.

They dehumidify too, pretty good if in a basement.

No. If I wanted good stuff I deliver to plumbing supply stores. I'd just just buy from them.

Koehler makes the same faucet. The box store version uses nylon, the plumbing store is all brass. Which will leak in a few years?

I have a seepy hole in the utility room in my basement that the furnace and central air drain into. Just a trickle but does dry out the air.
