We had a white guy/courier get killed in the hood in DC years ago. He was just doing his job. I think someone had a box of weed sent to an empty house. Courier didn’t leave it and the recipient was a drug dealer. He shot the guy while he was sitting in the driver’s seat.

Hmmm. I can understand both sides of the argument. I know when I lived in FL and a lot of houses went into foreclosure you saw a lot of abandoned houses with jungles for yards because they were in limbo. I wonder if Dunedin started the fining then ?
