Mathematically, not really. You just need to have a solid understanding of how gliders work. The amazing part about the whole thing is the stability of the landing. The precision you need to nail a water landing is off the charts. We're talking if you're 2 degrees off you cartwheel.

Each were equally incredible.

The Iowa one they lost the #2 fan blade to a catastrophic engine failure. The blades escaped the fan casing and severed the hydraulic lines. They used only differential power to steer the plane. That's thinking on your feet.

Actually Frankie Hughes has been brutal since the first few weeks. Poor kids confidence is gone.
