Ugh! My neighbors drive me crazy. They smoke cigarettes as well as get high. If I open my bedroom window (in front) I can smell their cigarettes. If I open my living room window (in back) I can smell their cigarettes and weed. They better be glad I like them or I might think of calling the police. Lol.
