A little too hot and too much going on with family and I've been working around the house a lot since I got a cortisone shot 3 weeks ago. That stuff is great ... like the best pain pill without the grogginess.

Cortisone is great for a couple of shots but not for long term treatment. It loses effectiveness and has bad side effects.

Nah. It's not good at all. He's back in his house now. Wife and sister in law staying with him. Just waiting for him to be at peace.
