There's something strange about this crew... I don't think they're going to be around for long... they seem like they're on the run...(not criminally) they have a month-to-month lease just something weird about it... I actually can't wait to get back there… Can't stop staring, working on getting some good video footage.

I’m surprised the owner of a building like that would even accept a month-to-month lease.
