Very few places even put it up for sale. Most just sell it to their best customers or call their best customers and hold a private auction.

South Atlanta moved into my county ... it's changed a lot.

Who would want it? Ours belong to the town.

Since South Atlanta moved into Douglas County, crime has gone through the roof, with gangs and crap.
Luckily my driveway is long and curvy so we have not had a problem with crime but we had to get a PO Box because our mail kept getting stolen which is where the trash can would have to be for pickup.
Trash service out here is private business owners.
The trash from South Atlanta will steal anything.
